For those of you wanting a custom-made pair of spectacles or sunglasses, CDE offers a bespoke service.
The steps shown below illustrate the methods in which we produce bespoke eyewear. There are a few different methods to determine how we design your frames, which are also explained below.

Three:
We send back 2 or 3 pictures of our designs superimposed on your original photo.
Two:
We align and scale the picture in accordance to your pupil distance, and then design the pair over your face.
One:
You send us a passport style photograph of your face, and a copy of your pupil distance and prescription.
Four:
After you’ve chosen your preffered style, we manufacture your design and engrave your name to the temple.
Your Design:
To determine how we design your frames, you may send us some images of frames that interest you. Using these images we will create a design based on some of their defining features. We can also design for you a pair from scratch, or, if you wish, we can recreate or redesign an old or broken pair.
What ever method you choose, we will make sure that the design suits your face perfectly. We know that taste is subjective, however, if we feel that a certain style will not suit you, we will hold no reservations in notifying you.
